Tai Chi Sessions
Over recent years Tai Chi has grown in popularity for its proven health benefits and is now practiced worldwide. All parts of your body will be tested as you move through a series of learned patters called forms. Tai Chi helps to improve circulation, balance, flexibility, stamina and coordination.
