Memorable Sporting Moment:

I have been on the team since June 2006 and although it is a challenging role I really enjoy it – it’s interesting, creative and there’s always something new happening!

Keeping fit and healthy is really important to me. Although I don’t participate in sport in the traditional sense (unless watching footy counts?), I love dancing and take part in classes as often as possible – at the moment I do mainly, Break-Dancing and Hip-Hop and have recently joined an amazing amateur dance company called 'Alter Ego' who are based in Hertfordshire. If only there were more hours in the week…..aside from that, I am part of the UK Technogym Demo Team which is great fun, I like to workout in the gym and recently achieved  my YMCA Studio Instructor qualification and teach a couple of classes a week.
