how does this work in hertfordshire?

In Hertfordshire we have 12 school sports partnerships that cover all of the schools in the County. Each school sports partnership is managed by a Partnership Development Manager.

Their target is to have 100% of students accessing at least 4 hours of PE and school sports per week by 2010.

To help them achieve this target the Partnership Development Managers appoint a number of staff, throughout the secondary schools and primary schools within their partnership namely  School Sports Co-ordinators and Primary Link Teachers.
