service to sport awards

2008 Nominations are open!S2SA2008 Logo

If you know someone who you think should be recognised for their committment and contribution to sport in Hertfordshire then we want to hear from you!

Often unrecognised and rarely rewarded sports volunteer across the county will give hundreds of hours this week to make sport happen. A local coach will be waiting courtside as his team arrives for training, a referee will be checking the nets before a 3pm KO and a club secretary will be arranging next months fixtures. Unsung heroes & heroines make sure sport can happen in every corner of the county and this is your chance to reward them for their time, effort and S2SA Coachcommitment.

The Herts Sports Partnership Service to Sport awards is looking for coaches, officials, administrators and clubs from all sporting environments that deserve recognition for their commitment over the last 12 months. This may simply be by giving their time and talents to enable others to participate in sport, or by helping an individual or team achieve a specific goal. If you know someone who is the driving force behind sport in your community the Herts Sport Partnership wants to hear from you.
