Volunteers are the life blood of local based sport and without that army of volunteers acting as referees, club officials, coaches, secretaries, and leaders, participation in sport would simply cease. The Herts Sports Partnership recongises this committment and is here to support you get involved in volunteering and also support clubs and organisations that may already have a group of valuable volunteers. 

In conjunction with Hertfordshire's Volunteer Centres Network we aim to provide you with advice and support whether:

• You are looking for ideas and ways to recruit new volunteers
• Are an individual looking to volunteer in sport
• Are a club or organisation who needs knowledge on how to retain and reward the volunteers you already have.
