Outdoor power-walking classes with a mix of cardio (fat burning) plus strengthening and toning.
Baby comes for the ride and fresh air. Get fit, toned and ready for summer ahead.
Mondays 10.00 - 11.00 Ashwell on The Rec (Beginners/Intermediate)
Tuesdays 10.30 - 11.30 Butts Close, Hitchin* (Advanced)
Tuesdays 11.30 - 12.30 Butts Close, Hitchin* (Beginners/Intermediate)
Thursdays 11.00 - 12.00 Butts Close, Hitchin* (Beginners/Intermediate)
(* Butts close is the park next to the Hitchin Outdoor Swimming Pool)
Class: Advanced level
Description: work at your own level, this class with truly push you, if you feel ready
to be challenged, if not you can go at your own pace with no pressure. A good mixture
of cardio (fat burning) and resistance work (metabolic rate speeder)… the
emphasis is on how hard YOU want to push yourself !
Class: Beginners/Intermediate level
Description: a class designed to suit any level of fitness, from 6 weeks postnatal
onwards incorporating power walking to increase heart rate (to aid weight loss)
combined with target toning sessions of those wobbly bits - legs, bums and tum’s)
And naturally postnatal and postural assistance.
