Hertfordshire Community Foundation, on behalf of Comic Relief, is seeking applications from small local voluntary and community groups for projects benefiting Hertfordshire people. Half of the grants made will be to groups using sport and exercise to provide opportunities for people who are excluded or disadvantaged.
