The Herts Sports Partnership is committed to increasing the opportunities for everyone to participate and get involved in sport and physical activity.  In order to help us do this we are working towards achieving the preliminary level of the Equality Standard for Sport, which will provide a framework to ensure that under-represented groups in Hertfordshire benefit from equal opportunities to access sport.

Promoting Equality in Sport and Physical Activity

A brochure ('proofing tool') has been produced by the Sports Equality E.A.S.T team in conjunction with Sport England and the six County Sports Partnerships in the East region.  This brochure is designed to help sport and physical activity providers to think about some accessibility issues for under-represented groups.  Download the Equality proofing tool.
