- An opportunity to help inform activities undertaken by HACO
- An opportunity to keep up to date with key local, regional and national leisure and cultural services matters

Who attends HACO meetings?
HACO is attended by a variety of people and organisations including:-
- Senior leisure and cultural officers from each Hertfordshire Local Authority, Herts County Council and the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority
- Arts Council East
- Herts County Council Youth Service
- Hertfordshire Sports Partnership
