Cost: £20
This presentation will explain the theory underpinning core stability and then practically demonstrate exercises to address such deficits.
Coaches will be encouraged to actively participate in the practical session and discussion will be had to link exercises into their practical sporting examples.
By the end of the course participants should be able to:
1. Understand the basic principles of core stability
2. Demonstrate fundamental exercises to increase an athlete’s core stability
3. Be able to discuss and demonstrate exercises that would be applicable to their specific sport.
Participants will be requested to join in the practical element and therefore should not be currently injured.
