This session will give you an in depth look at the principles of effective movement, movement skills associated with each stage of the Stroke Cycle and vital movement patterns.  Advanced Hitting techniques covered include slicing, spinning and the effective use of deception.

This one day course will both develop knowledge and provide you with the opportunity to explore and discover a variety of methods for coaching both hitting and movement.

Course Eligibility: participants should have a Level 2 qualification and be over 18.
